Adele is the Owner and Founder of Pilates Tone with 25 years of dedicated work to help others enjoy the benefits and life changing physical and mental advantages through the method of Pilates. Trained and certified APMA qualified, STOTT pilates she mentored up and coming Instructors for the last 12 years.
Like so many my own path to becoming an instructor was due to 2 knee operations from exercises that placed way too much load on my body, Pilates saved my body and my future and it became my profession and passion after realizing the benefits at time in Melbourne when it was only a select few who owned studios.

Manager & Diploma Instructor
Michelle’s Pilates journey started after the birth of first child. She discovered Pilates as a way to heal and transform her body, amazed at the strength and vitality -feeling stronger than anything she had done before. This inspired her to help others experience the same empowerment and wellbeing.
2014 completed Matwork Certification, and then Reformer and Studio qualification while navigating 2 more pregnancies. Her passion for pre-post natal Pilates grew. With over 10 years of experience, she is dedicated to help others journeys to strengthen, balance, and recovery through the method of Pilates.

Maggie has been teaching group reformer classes since 2022, Maggie completed her Clinical Pilates Diploma in 2024. She is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and is deeply passionate about encouraging a healthy lifestyle through movement and mindful body awareness.

Her background in osteopathy enables her to offer a deep understanding of the body, ensuring each participant works safely and effectively. Elly creates a welcoming and motivating environment where clients can build strength, alleviate tension, and promote overall well-being.

Kathy is a Myotherapist and did her Pilates training with Polestar Pilates in 2010.
I love using Pilates exercises for rehab but found many people end up loving the workouts just as much as I do. Most continue on with it long after their bodies have healed and therefore prevent further injuries! -

Mish has been teaching mat pilates and reformer for over 8 years, however she has been working within the group fitness and personal training scene for over 15 years. She has had experience with managing group fitness teams, teaching a range of group fitness classes and running my own personal training business. Now, after having two kids, her focus has shifted into teaching reformer pilates. “I love that it never gets boring, it allows me to utilize the creative side of my brian, developing a dynamic class plan that is achievable and yet challenging. I love that reformer pilates is a workout that can be enjoyed all, no matter where you are in your fitness journey”.
