Adele P — Founder & Diploma Instructor
With 25 years of experience and a passion that started long before Pilates was mainstream, Adele founded Pilates Tone with one simple mission — to help others experience the life-changing benefits of Pilates, body and mind.
Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates and APMA qualified, Adele has spent over a decade mentoring the next generation of instructors, sharing her knowledge and love of the method with those ready to carry it forward.
Like many, her own journey began out of necessity. Two knee operations — caused by exercise that placed far too much load on her body — led her to Pilates at a time when only a handful of studios existed in Melbourne. It saved her body, reshaped her future, and quickly became her profession and her greatest passion.
Today, Adele leads a team of dedicated instructors, bringing that same transformative experience to every client who walks through the door.

Manager & Diploma Instructor
Michelle’s Pilates journey started after the birth of first child. She discovered Pilates as a way to heal and transform her body, amazed at the strength and vitality -feeling stronger than anything she had done before. This inspired her to help others experience the same empowerment and wellbeing.
2014 completed Matwork Certification, and then Reformer and Studio qualification while navigating 2 more pregnancies. Her passion for pre-post natal Pilates grew. With over 10 years of experience, she is dedicated to help others journeys to strengthen, balance, and recovery through the method of Pilates.

Maggie has been teaching group reformer classes since 2022, Maggie completed her Clinical Pilates Diploma in 2024. She is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and is deeply passionate about encouraging a healthy lifestyle through movement and mindful body awareness.

Elly is a passionate Pilates instructor and experienced osteopath, blending her knowledge of body mechanics with the holistic benefits of Pilates to guide group classes. Her background in osteopathy enables her to offer a deep understanding of the body, ensuring each participant works safely and effectively. Kathy is a Myotherapist and did her Pilates training with Polestar Pilates in 2010.
I love using Pilates exercises for rehab but found many people end up loving the workouts just as much as I do. Most continue on with it long after their bodies have healed and therefore prevent further injuries! -

Mish has been teaching mat pilates and reformer for over 8 years, however she has been working within the group fitness and personal training scene for over 15 years. She has had experience with managing group fitness teams, teaching a range of group fitness classes and running my own personal training business. Now, after having two kids, her focus has shifted into teaching reformer pilates. “I love that it never gets boring, it allows me to utilize the creative side of my brian, developing a dynamic class plan that is achievable and yet challenging. I love that reformer pilates is a workout that can be enjoyed all, no matter where you are in your fitness journey”.
